Honey from bees of the Apis Mellifera species, harvested in Salgar Antioquia, near the El Plateado moorland between Antioquia and Chocó.

High mountain honey, surrounded by oak trees, Madre Cacao, Uvo de monte, encenillo and native Montane Forest.

Honey crystallization is a natural process; if this happens, gently warm the jar in a double boiler. Do not expose the jar to direct heat.

Warning: Honey is not suitable for children under 1 year old.
