🧇 Healthy Waffles with Granola and Honey

🌿 Ingredients:

For the waffles:

  • 1 cup of oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup of plant-based milk (oat, almond, or your preferred type)

  • 1 teaspoon of olive or coconut oil

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

To serve:

  • 2 tablespoons of Amira granola

  • Natural honey to taste

  • Fresh fruit (banana, strawberry or blueberries)

🍽️ Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients : oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add the wet ingredients: egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Heat the waffle iron and pour in the mixture in portions, cooking until golden brown.

  4. Serve the waffles and decorate with fresh fruit, a touch of honey and Amira granola on top.

💛 Amira's Tip:

For a crispier version, add some granola to the batter before cooking the waffles. You'll love the texture.
