🧇 Healthy Waffles with Granola and Honey

🌿 Ingredients:
For the waffles:

1 cup of oat flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 egg

½ cup of plant-based milk (oat, almond, or your preferred type)

1 teaspoon of olive or coconut oil

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
To serve:

2 tablespoons of Amira granola

Natural honey to taste

Fresh fruit (banana, strawberry or blueberries)
🍽️ Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients : oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients: egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

Heat the waffle iron and pour in the mixture in portions, cooking until golden brown.

Serve the waffles and decorate with fresh fruit, a touch of honey and Amira granola on top.
