Mini Cheesecake with KETO granola

I like practical things. Giving them easy, nutritious, and quick ideas to prepare with mindful ingredients. These mini cheesecake cups are amazing because, in addition to their caramel flavor and creamy texture, they're rich in protein and healthy fats. A snack for everyone that kids 👶🏼 will LOVE!

For 5 cheesecake cups:
⭐️ 10 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
⭐️ Stevia to taste
⭐️Juice of 2-3 lemons 🍋 (I love lemon, that's why I use 3)
⭐️ 1 scoop of Bone Broth protein, Vanilla Caramel flavor (it's my favorite)
⭐️ 10 tablespoons of granola (I used a keto one made with seeds which is so far one of my top 5: AMIRA's KETO COCONUT Granola).

1️⃣ Mix the Greek yogurt with the stevia, protein and lemon.
2️⃣ In cupcake molds (ideally silicone), press 1 1/2 tablespoons of granola into the bottom of each mold, forming the base of each mini cheesecake.
3️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt mixture on top of the granola base. Use a spoon to flatten the surface.
4️⃣ Add 1/2 tablespoon of granola on top of the yogurt layer of each mini cheesecake.
5️⃣ Put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours and you're done!
